Peel the white garlic and boil it in 250 ml hot water. Once garlic has been cooked, add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and add required amount of salt. Then let this mixture cool for a while.

How to use:

Divide this mixture into 2 parts and take it twice a day, morning and afternoon. This will provide relief from stomach upset.

For children its better to give in 25 ml amount .

5. Cold relief:

You need:

Lemon juice, water, honey.

Method:

Mix Lemon juice, water and honey together and take this mixture for two days continuously.

Flower and Fruit

The plant bears solitary, yellow, female flowers, which are 5 to 10 cm wide and have an oblong, clavate calyx tube. The fruit is cylindrical or oblong-clavate.
