Mix 1 part of lemon juice with 2 parts of water and gargle it for few minutes. This will cure your mouth ulcer and throat infection.
4. Stomach upset:
Lemon juice 1tbsp.
White garlic 15 gm.
Salt as required.
Peel the white garlic and boil it in 250 ml hot water. Once garlic has been cooked, add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and add required amount of salt. Then let this mixture cool for a while.
How to use:
Divide this mixture into 2 parts and take it twice a day, morning and afternoon. This will provide relief from stomach upset.
For children its better to give in 25 ml amount .
5. Cold relief:
Lemon juice, water, honey.
Mix Lemon juice, water and honey together and take this mixture for two days continuously.
